How does it work?
You can invite an external user to a specific topic (task) literally in one click. Depending on your goals, there are two types of access:

View-only access via link:
Perfect for sharing progress. The guest can view messages and files but cannot make changes. Simply enable the “Via link” toggle and send the link. -
Full access:
If you need active communication with partners or full collaboration with contractors, fill in the guest’s details in the invitation form. The invited participant will be able to send messages and work inside the topic/task on equal terms with the team.
Why is it convenient?
Everything in one place:
No need to move discussions to external messengers or email. remote.team combines a secure chat and a task planner, allowing you
to collaborate with guests in a single context. Discussions stay connected to tasks, and everyone stays aligned.
Data security:
External participants get access only to the specific topics they are invited to. The rest of the workspace remains closed. Guest access can be revoked at any time, and link-based access automatically expires after 7 days if not disabled manually.
Localization:
You can preselect the interface language for the guest so they can start working comfortably from the very first moment.
How to invite a guest?

Open the topic settings (click the three dots) where you want to add a participant.

Select “Add guest”.

Enable link access or send a personal invitation by specifying the guest’s email and role.
